Our Instructors are a combination of Professional Artists, Mentors, Volunteers, Friends, and all play an equal role of making Danzante a place for creative expression and community.

Dynellia Carter (Cartoon and Comic Book Drawing, Self Portrait  Drawing) : A graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and the Art  Institute of Atlanta where she majored in Graphic Design and Fine  Arts.  As an Art Teacher she implemented an Annual “Evening with  the Arts” and Graphic Design Programs. Dynellia had an interest in  Art at a very young age and started Drawing Classes with the Art  Institutes International while in Elementary School and Summer  Classes with the Art Institute of Pittsburgh through out High School. Through the years Dynellia has worked diligently as an Artist to perfect her craft, entering Art shows, selling her work through her business name Original Pieces, being accepted into Galleries and living back to her community by teaching young artist and volunteering. Dynellia has worked along side other Artist friends such as Louis Delsarte (Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Mural Project), Amy Lee Segami (Painting on Water) and Andre’ (Art on 5 Gallery). In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, dancing and laughing with her 3 year old son.

Alexandra Berger (Creative Modern Dance): Recently graduated from Hobart & William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY with a B.A. in Dance. Miss Berger currently dances with Nee Dance of Harrisburg, and enjoys practicing yoga when she’s not teaching.

Camille Erice (Flamenco): Camille Erice is the Founder, former CEO and current Board member of Danzante. Camille created, developed and implemented the Danzante Latino Community School of the Arts.  She founded and is the artistic director of the resident dance company Flamenco Tablao formerly known as the Danzante Flamenco Dance Company.

Andi Oyler (Jazz): Studied dance at Point Park University in Pittsburgh while obtaining her B.A. in Early Childhood Education.  During her time in Pittsburgh, Andi performed with local dance and arts company The Pillow Project.
